• Added CI smoke workflow support to generate and upload validation PDF artifacts in .github/workflows/ci.yml.

• Added strict-line sprint backlog generator:

• Regenerated affected notebooks and parity artifacts.

• Strict line-port summary improved from verified=1, partial=2, gap=23 to verified=1, partial=6, gap=19.
